What ability is that? And the tactic of trying to convince that your good until the end is old, it's a tactic to try and sow dissent.

Perhaps, but it just seemed to ring true for me, especially the ones she posted after vote close.

Yes, but in the last game there was an ability that the bad guys used to make every bandwagon look like we hit a member of the mafia... so we were all like yeah awesome you guys, we're doing great.
But then we got to a point where there was no way we had killed so many mafia but hadn't won yet. Then we decided, oh shit... someone's pulling a fast one on us. At the end of the game it was revealed that people were using that ability on the bandwagon target to confuse us, and it worked.
Look at how TehSpectre is riding that "I started the bandwagon on Lignisse" card. Maybe they had it planned all along.
1) Get someone bandwagoned (TS was the perfect candidate to make this happen) 2) Have that person show up as a baddie in the narration, when that person was actually an orc 3) Profit
Although it's not having the effect that TS necessarily wanted it's a good point to argue for your life.

Maybe we should make an announcement to the thread to NOT target ANYONE who is being bandwagoned, so we get the correct results no matter what. There's also the possibility that the ability is private this time around. >_<

That reminds me, someone targeted the last bandwagon right before the vote closed. If they do it again then that proves it.

Ah, very true... shit was it private last time?
Crimsoncoyote and Kratalightblade targeted Lignisse the night she died... maybe we should look into them. Thetheroo also targeted her, but we know he's a good orkie.

No, it wasn't private last time. I'm just saying, it would sure crank the confusion up to 11 if it were private this time.
Also, Wildcat targeted crimsoncoyote with a Swapper, so we can find out about what he used on Lignisse when Wildcat checks in today.

Ah awesome, now that we have Quoth as a mouthpiece and Thetheroo as a backup we can start seering those we think are evil and get the people to bandwagon them
hoo-ah

The problem with calling down bandwagons is that they'll get traced back to me.

Thats true... wait we have like all these item swappers... why dont we just start swapping out the seering item maybe? Maybe thats a bit too complicated and probably wouldn't do anything anyway...
Yeah it sucks, we probably should find a vig to do our dirty work

Anybody care to take up spreadsheeting duties? I've been relying heavily on Blarney's and Infidel's to make all my item deductions.

Ohshit crimsoncoyote (who knows I nicked this from him btw, as he Pmed me to thanks me for the staff - I made sure to target someone who'd already been targetted, but did the other person switch off him or are they allied?) and got a Spellbook of the Lich King - Publically !target someone to cast a spell which makes you appear as your target's alignment with their item. The spell also makes them appear to be good with the item 'Staff of Detect Good' or whatever other item you PM in. I'm almost afraid to ask, but, er, what did you scry us with again cheez?

Oh fuck, that's a ringer of an item right there. And yes, my seer item is a Staff of Detect Good. So he targeted Lignisse and made her look like a good adventurer (mafia), right? Am I understanding that correctly?

And he targeted Quoth with it yesterday... shit, we'd better hope none of those other targets were seerings.

Gah! He used it on Quoth, who had a high chance of dying yesterday. She would have died as mafia!
Methinks crimsoncoyote does not share the village's goals.
