Okay, so we're seeing a lot of different kinds of non-orcs cropping up. So far we've got a Human Guild and a Gnome Guild that both contain multiple members. We've also got Lignisse showing up as a solo adventurer.
I'm guessing that the Guilds aren't allied. This would also make sense based on the number of bad guys we've already seen die.
We've also got several people per night showing up orange, but we've seen no result from it yet, so theorizing about its nature probably won't get us anywhere.
